Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Introduction

RAD-XR is a secure digital X‑ray delivery platform developed by Myrtille Industries. We help healthcare providers send digital X‑ray images directly to patients via WhatsApp — quickly, securely, and with the utmost respect for patient privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle patient information when using the RAD‑XR service. We believe in transparency, simplicity, and putting patient privacy above everything else.

2. What We Collect and Why

To deliver a digital X‑ray to a patient's WhatsApp, we require only two things:

That's it. We do not collect names, addresses, email addresses, medical history, or any other personal information. We only use the phone number to send the X‑ray to the correct recipient.

We collect only the patient's WhatsApp number — and only with their explicit consent — solely to deliver their digital X‑ray.

3. Consent

We take consent seriously. Before any X‑ray is sent, we ensure that:

Consent is obtained at the time of service, before any data is processed or any message is sent.

4. How We Use the Information

We use the patient's WhatsApp number for one purpose and one purpose only:

We do not use the phone number for any other purpose. We do not send promotional messages, marketing materials, newsletters, or any unsolicited communications. We only send the X‑ray that the patient has requested and consented to receive.

No promotions. No marketing. No spam. Only the X‑ray — nothing more.

5. Data Deletion

After we deliver the X‑ray to the patient's WhatsApp, we immediately delete:

We do not store, archive, or back up any X‑ray images or phone numbers. Everything is processed in real‑time and deleted immediately after delivery. We do not retain any patient data.

X‑ray delivered? Deleted. Number used? Deleted. No data is stored.

6. We Do Not Sell Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade any patient data. Period.

Since we do not store any data, there is nothing to sell. We have never sold data, and we never will. Patient privacy is not for sale.

We do not sell patient data. We collect nothing, store nothing, and sell nothing.

7. Privacy Is Our Top Priority

🔒 Patient privacy is our highest priority.

We treat every patient's data with the care and respect it deserves.

At Myrtille Industries and RAD‑XR, we believe that privacy is a fundamental right. That's why we designed our system to collect the absolute minimum information — only what's needed to deliver the X‑ray — and to delete it immediately after delivery. We don't keep records. We don't build profiles. We don't track patients.

Your X‑ray is yours. We're just the messenger.

8. Security

Although we do not store any data, we take security seriously. Our infrastructure includes:

Since we retain no data, there is no risk of data breaches, leaks, or unauthorized access to stored patient information.

9. Patient Rights

We respect patient rights under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Since we do not store any data, many rights are inherently satisfied. However, we provide the following assurances:

For any privacy‑related concerns or requests, please contact us at the email below. We respond within 48 hours.

10. Opt‑Out

Patients can opt out of receiving WhatsApp messages from RAD‑XR at any time:

Once a patient opts out, we will not send any further messages to that number. Since we do not store numbers, the opt‑out is processed in real‑time.

Your choice is respected. Opt out anytime by replying "STOP".

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process any information from children. If you believe that a child's X‑ray has been delivered through our service without proper consent, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. The latest version is always available at this URL.
